Isebrook Health Campus

I self refered myself to this service and recieved an appointment via telephone within 2 days. My treatment was excellent, self care explained and any anxieties alieviated. Written information and contact numbers provided. I can't praise this service enough. It's good to see that the NHS still works well in some areas and provides prompt first class care, when it's needed.

Had a appointment booked - showed them my online portal confirmation for my blood test, but refused to see me as it wasn't on their system, I will be out of the country for months for work, and I rescheduled flights for this appointment. Please have explicit communication on the application if you're enforcing its use - or show flexibility at appointments.

Isebrook use to be an amazing place to go for bloods. Since Covid everything changed, before you could walk in and have bloods done now you have to make appointment. When you do attend no one there are just one patient waiting and they telling you booked and long waiting list. I work as a nurse for the NHS and can’t be seen. Dr requested urgent bloods to walk in am very ill don’t drive but they send me away said go to Nene park or Kettering someone who has uncontrolled asthma. Went to the surgery being sent away.
