Although it took very long, the time just seems to fly by and you get very used to the treatment. Each appointment was very efficient and quick and the staff were very kind and friendly in leading my journey. However one thing that would be beneficial, could be the flexibility in appointments as I had to wait quite a lot of time till my next one, but in the end it was worth it 😁. Much love to all who have supported me through my journey and my occasional breakages 😂🙏❤️

Orthodontic treatment experience was really positive. Unfortunately, receptionist gets no stars. She should be retrained or have a career change. For over two years, I have been witnessing terrible customer service skills and management does nothing about it.

Daughter had braces put on June 2024. The staff are so amazing, when the brace snapped a few times, the team got us in and fixed it right away (this was due to daughter eating things she shouldn’t!). Today, September 2025, they have been taken off and they look amazing. My daughter was very apprehensive about braces but the team here was so caring, thoughtful and all round professional. Thank you to everyone!

My son had his braces done and he was given good care, if I ever had to change appointments they were very flexible & helpful. Overall a very good experience.
