I had a very positive experience at Same Day Dentist in Watford and I highly recommend this clinic. The entire team is young, professional, and very attentive to patients. I was treated by Ms. Mioara Tigleanu and Dr. Mihnea Pintilie, and both of them were extremely kind, careful, and professional. Dr. Mihnea Pintilie performed a root canal treatment for me, and everything was explained clearly and done with great care. Had my reservations about a dentist within a supermarket but they were brilliant. I rang in on a Sunday for an emergency appointment which they booked swiftly on the phone (friendly receptionist who also transparently communicated over phone the costs before appointment so no surprises). Both nurse and dentist were sincere, understanding of the level of pain. Kindly included an Xray within the consultation cost and prescribed me antibiotics (pharmacy conveniently located opposite too). The clinic offers high-quality services and a very pleasant environment. I especially appreciated the way the doctor explained each step of the treatment and patiently answered all my questions. Was booked in today for an appointment and the dentist I had was professional, the receptionist was very helpful and supportive. The dentist I had was beyond professional, respectful and informative. I was so nervous and worried about my appointment but after going I am more at ease and comfortable with going to the dentist. Thank you everyone at this place for helping me feel much more relaxed
