Signature Smiles - Warrington

I Needed a new dentist and not many taking on in local area. Tbh was a tad skeptical because of some of the reviews. Bad point- dated and tired it could do with a freshen up. Plus point- (Lady)dentist and assistant were absolutely great in sorting out the work I needed doing and made me feel at ease, and can't fault the service received.

I was booked in here as an emergency appointment and my own dentist had not been able to offer an appointment. I was very stressed with the issue I had and the fact I was going abroad on holiday a few days later, however the staff and the actual dentist were lovely and helped me get sorted quickly and alleviated any fears I had. Would highly recommend and a big thank you for seeing me

Drove up, 2 hour drive, to take my elderly Mother for her checkup, we got there for 10.30, stood outside waiting for them to open up. By the time her appointment came round at 10.45, she had had enough and wanted to go home. No one at the surgery, all in darkness. The phone went to a recorded message that the practise was closed even though they advertised it should be open. What a waste of time and petrol. Mum was livid so was I.

Always managed to get an appointment without issue, staff are all really lovely and friendly. Dentist is very professional and knows his stuff, if I have any questions at all. Bonus they are NHS registered otherwise I'd never be able to afford to go every 6 months, dentist is also a registered hygienist.
