I've been a patient here for years. Always excellent care and great service. Consistent level of professionalism. I work in the NHS and am aware of the many challenges we face but, despite all these, you manage to keep delivering excellent patient care. A special mention for Dr Sara Anbarian...she has an amazing caring manner and is an excellent communicator . Thanks for all your care and hard work.
I went to this dentist today as an emergency after phoning the NHS First of all the receptionist needs better phone manners and when I arrived she’s still the same. She’s enough to put anyone off Then a was seen by someone who told me that basically I had no pain in my bottom tooth 🤷🏽♀️and I was given a temporary filling in my top teeth to cover crown. I’ve got a big lump of a temporary filling inside my mouth, she didn’t even level it out. Avoid especially if you’re paying and that’s how they treat patients. I can’t eat with it and I can’t talk properly. Their service is terrible. Like it…
I had my smile consult with Dr Karcz today. She thoroughly explained my treatment plan and valued my opinions on my teeth as well. A very pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend.
visited here on Tuesday the 16th with severe tooth ache. I have a phobia of dentists but the young lady dentist i saw was absolutely amazing at putting me at ease. Pulled a tooth , kept me calm . great service
