Do not choose this practice for specialist treatment. It's far too busy and I was charged double for unnecessary additons. I paid thousands for a package which didn't achieve the results I required, the whitening didn't make much difference and they couldn't see me after I travelled from afar due to being delayed 15 minutes. A treatment which was said to take 6 months to a year max, took 2 years and despite being unhappy, no resolution was offered. I am an expert dentist patient. Having several teeth removed over 50 years ago due to an impacted wisdom tooth, I have known many dental practices. Most good, some very bad. Dr Mirza has just completed a full composite bonding reconstruction of my upper jaw, and I am blown away by the level of perfection and artistry that he has worked to and achieved. Absolutely amazing. Nobody could ever fear visiting the dentist, if you are a patient here. Paid £50 for a composite bonding consultation was told that they could do the bonding but I’d have to get a 3d scan of my teeth at a cost of £250. Paid for the scan and went back for another consultation only to be told I wouldn’t be able to have composite bonding but the good news was that I could dental alignment, despite telling them at the initial consultation that I didn’t want aligners. Asked if they could resend the email containing the scan as I couldn’t access it. After several attempts of them resending it I can still couldn’t access it. I rang the surgery to ask why? For someone who dislikes dentists the wonderful staff here made me feel very calm and relaxed and I’m so happy with the work they did. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this dentist for any treatment and looking forward to my follow up appointment.
