I always have great treatment here, they really take their time explaining your treatment and options. Big shout out to the Front of House lady Antonia who is incredibly kind and welcoming - makes the point of saying hello by name. Elena is a great hygienist and Dr Patel is brilliant with both me and the teenagers.
I had not been to the dentist for quite sometime. I saw Aisha who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what needed doing, she went through a treatment plan with me and step by step we are slowly coming to the end. Through every step she has told me what she was doing and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. She has a very calming way about her is very gentle in how she works. Her dental assistant is also very professional , i would highly recommend being treated by Aisha and once my treatment is completed I will make sure I have 6 monthly check ups. The reception …
Spoke to the receptionist to ask about an appointment. When I said the waiting time would be too long for me, she simply hung up the phone. Completely unprofessional and left a very bad impression.
My dental appointment today was with Harry. He was very thorough, gave me some good advice on teeth care and was generally a lovely, charming young man.
