Highly recommend EgoDent. Ana and the whole team are incredibly caring, tentative, and genuinely supportive. The follow-up calls and reminders really show how much they care, and the technical side of the treatment has been world-class. They’ve been flexible around my schedule, understanding of my needs, and always professional. I was even not charged on one visit when no treatment could be done, which says a lot about their integrity. It truly feels like a team effort rather than a typical dentist-patient relationship. I had a great and positive experience with Dr Oana Chirilă with my son’s braces. Her warm, friendly and caring approach and experience made my son feel very relaxed and well looked after during his treatment.
