Awful experience. If you’re at all anxious, don’t go it only made me worse. I clearly warned them before I was an extremely anxious patient but the dentist repeatedly injected numbing agent the second time was without any warning. Even while I was shaking and in tears, they never checked in to see if I was okay they just kept going. I left feeling a mess. Only the receptionist was kind enough to ask if I was ok while I was paying but the dentist never did! Massive lack of care and attention, and I was charged over £200 for a filling. I won’t be back.

My gums feels sore an crumbs of my teeth came off, dentist was rude an unhelpful with further plan, I’m happy with the clean but unhappy about the pain an bad customer service, they haven’t plan for further plan which is very concerning 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I recently had an extraction and a denture made. I was really pleased with the service and all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this dental practice. Their covid safe measures in place are excellent and I feel very safe visiting during these times.

Rude dentist, treats NHS patients like rubbish. If you have anxiety or a mental condition, forget about it, they’ll treat you like a piece of dirt. Worst dentist experience in 40 years - shocking, disrespectful and disgusting. Never again.
