Got referred to TDH for an urgent appointment for toothache via Smile Cornwall. I was very nervous as it’s a good few years since I had been to the dentist and I had bad experiences as a child. All the team were great, especially Adam, and put me at ease, calm and reassuring. Really impressed.
I had a root canal treatment with Dr Bateman today. He took his time to explain everything before the treatment, made me feel at ease as soon as I got in the chair. Such a kind person, wish I could have him as my permanent dentist.
Haven’t been able to find or get a Denist appointment in 2 YEARS!!!! But went yesterday to Truro Dental health. I was a tad nervous, but Mr Blake put me at ease immediately, really fabulous meeting him , everyone was so nice and professional. I’m actually looking forward to returning!.. many thanks 🙏
I am absolutely terrified of dentists, but I also understand the importance for regular check ups. My dentist here is nothing but an absolute joy, always quick to make a little joke and make me feel much more at ease. Whenever I had an emergency they were able to take me in, as well as give me advice when needed. Just high praise all round!
