Excellent communication and a very supportive team. They have been incredibly patient, reassuring, and understanding of my son’s SEN needs, always making him feel comfortable and at ease during appointments. We’re very grateful for the kindness and care shown every visit. Highly recommend.
Brilliant clinic. Always friendly, Helpful and happy to answer any questions. My son and daughter attend for their braces and my son is very nervous and they are great with him explaining everything they are going to do. Would recommend.
My teenage daughter has had her braces on for about 6 months now and we’ve had a few visits to the practice. Everyone is always helpful and friendly and the treatment she has been receiving is always excellent. We’re both well informed of what’s happening and the next steps and she’s very well taken care of and made to feel comfortable and happy with the process. Would highly recommend Portman Smile to others.
The orthodontist was really informative and made me feel as ease! Receptionists are really helpful! All the nursing staff are so friendly.
