Wanted £25 for my 2 year old daughter to have a check up and are pursuing a £40 cancellation fee for my partner, despite the fact that she called over a week in advance of a cancelled appointment to give notice. Indeed, the cancellation was the 2nd time around, but plenty of notice was given on each occassion and with good reasons too, as she is heavily pregnant and not always feeling particularly great. As with most dental practices that are private, prices are high and they are mainly self serving - hence most decide to now go abroad for affordable treatment. I refuse to pay extortionate…
I’m new to the practice and this was my first appointment with Chloe the Hygienist, it was by far the best clean I’ve ever had. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you.
I received excellent expert care here. I' m nervous with any dental treatments but Chris was reassuring and thorough in his examination and plan of remedial treatment. He explained the course of treatment, gave great advice for ongoing care of my implant tooth , and during treatments he kept checking I was not in any discomfort. Any of the team encountered whether in person or on the phone were friendly and efficient. A great dental practice and I'm one happy patient !
