Maidwell Dental Practice - Truro

Excellent service and very friendly. I called them after a friend recommended them to me. Reception were very helpful and advised over the phone that I should call 111 and make an emergency NHS appointment as they had availability via that service on the same day. Once I had done so they called back and booked me in. My dentist (Alice) has been fantastic and I would highly recommend her and this dental practice.

Awful. They keep cancelling my appointments and when I try to rebook they take a new appointment and then cancel it again a few months later. I dont think I have been seen for about 2 years due to their cancellations. I have just tried again to rebook a cancelled appointment and got their voucemail saying the practice is now closed despite phoning during their opening hours. What is going on?!

I have had an apointment booked in for 6 months, just received a text saying my apointment is cancelled with no explanation. This has happened for my last few appointments. Your receptionist Valerie is very rude and unprofessional. I will not be using your dentist again

I initially called in February out of desperation for my children, who after 4 years of living here they still hadn't got an NHS dentist. I had to pay up front over the phone to secure the private appointment which was in May as that's as early as they could fit them in. In April, they messaged to say the May appointment was cancelled and I was instructed to call to rebook. I had to try several times as they never answer the phone.
