I honestly strongly advise everyone to avoid Dental Care Trowbridge. I booked a private appointment with an implantologist for a follow-up consultation. I waited over a week for the appointment and was required to pay £50 in advance — a fee that covered absolutely NOTHING apart from walking through the door. One day before the appointment, I received a phone call informing me that my visit was cancelled, simply because my implant surgery had been done at another clinic. This could have been checked at the time of booking, but instead my time was wasted and my money taken. I was told to c…
I had severe toothache due to an abscess and loose tooth. Although not registered at this dentist, they saw me the same day & removed the tooth even though it was 2 days before New Year. The cost of £65 was extremely reasonable considering I had been in excruciating pain over Christmas. Cannot thank the team enough for giving me a Happy New Year!! Thank you all.
Syed was professional and gentle and his calm manner put me at ease when I have been putting off hygienist appointments due to previous unpleasant experiences which have caused me to become very anxious. He was very careful and it was all completely pain free. I am now prepared to return for regular treatment to help my dental health which I was beginning to neglect due to anxiety. He also explained everything really clearly. Thank you so much.
Had some cosmetic work, very happy . Sarj and the nurse were amazing. Great advice and felt so comfortable. The reception team are full of knowledge and so warm and kind. I had no confidence to smile from years ago and thanks to these guys I can. Thank you everyone. Brad.
