I honestly strongly advise everyone to avoid Dental Care Trowbridge. I booked a private appointment with an implantologist for a follow-up consultation. I waited over a week for the appointment and was required to pay £50 in advance — a fee that covered absolutely NOTHING apart from walking through the door. One day before the appointment, I received a phone call informing me that my visit was cancelled, simply because my implant surgery had been done at another clinic. I had severe toothache due to an abscess and loose tooth. Although not registered at this dentist, they saw me the same day & removed the tooth even though it was 2 days before New Year. The cost of £65 was extremely reasonable considering I had been in excruciating pain over Christmas. Cannot thank the team enough for giving me a Happy New Year!! Thank you all.

Syed was professional and gentle and his calm manner put me at ease when I have been putting off hygienist appointments due to previous unpleasant experiences which have caused me to become very anxious. He was very careful and it was all completely pain free. I am now prepared to return for regular treatment to help my dental health which I was beginning to neglect due to anxiety.
