First point is reception. Always the friendliest reception team, so caring, friendly & understanding. They are all wonderful. My dentist Hassan is great. He has helped me with my phobia through calm understanding. He is so patient, thorough, gentle & reassuring. I cant imagine having treatment with anyone else as I trust him with my dental health after being his patient for 2 years. Elaine & Alexa my hygienist duo are always very patient & gentle with me. A truly great dental practice. The staff are exceptional and very friendly. When I joined I had several treatments in a short period of time, the whole process was clearly detailed to me and any nerves put to rest by the knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone, especially to those who may be nervous about seeing a dentist for the first time in a while.
This review is clouded slightly by the fact it takes me 23s to walk to the surgery from my home 😊 But that being said, I really rate this dental practice. The reception staff are always friendly and lovely to talk with and my dentist Hassan Sheikh and his dental nurse Stacey are both awesome. We always have a good chat and they are both very friendly. I'm not scared of the dentist, but I'm sure if you were they would make you feel at ease. Hassan always has recommendations for ophthalmic procedures but I never feel pressured to go for any of them. Thank you all.
After years of feeling anxious about visiting the dentist, I’m so pleased to have found Coleman & Starkey. The whole team are incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease during my appointment. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which really helped calm my nerves. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
