I had a truly wonderful experience as a first-time patient at Lifesmiles. As someone who usually feels anxious about visiting the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt from the moment the receptionist greeted me. Tim was the best dentist I have ever had, calm, reassuring, and very professional. He explained every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease and confident that I was in safe hands. I cannot recommend Tim and the team at Lifesmiles highly enough.

Had my regular recent hygienist appointment at Lifesmiles Thatcham. The practice is a very welcoming and clean environment and you are put at ease by the friendly and helpful reception team. The dental practitioners, dental surgeons and hygienists, are professional and experts in their fields. They proactively keep abreast of all the latest developments in dental care and have all the latest equipment and technology to give patients the best possible treatments.

I went back to Lifesmiles after 20 years at another practice.I was anxious.As soon as I walked back in and checked in at reception I felt at ease.Robert was vey kind and explaned everything ,took very detailed scans and x rays.I know now that my anxiety about going to the dentist is going to be a thing of the past.I highly recommend Lifesmiles for anxious patients

Started going to Lifesmiles after I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a lump come up in my mouth just after I had finished all my cancer treatment. Robert was brilliant and saw me straight away as he knew I was very worried. It was actually a tooth infection and he filled it in a temporary dressing and gave me antibiotics said I would need a root canal filling. Just the thought of this made me very nervous.
