Emily is brilliant. The practice take advantage when it comes to payments. We paid a deposit last time and was expecting to pay the remainder of the treatment. We advised that we will book the next appointment nearer the time. They still tried to charge us a deposit for the next appointment without a date. This is taking advantage of peoples money.

I dislike dentists. Not as people, but as professionals because they scare me. But this was easy to book, easy to find, the dentist was cool and the nurse really friendly. I'm not worried about going back in 6 months - they make it really simple.

Finding the right dentist is a big challenge. I'm lucky in that respect. It's very important to me that my dentist understands what my problem is and solves it, both to save time and to prevent the problem from getting worse. I'm very pleased with the friendly welcome at reception and the quick appointments too. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience today for my 1 year olds first appointment and my first appointment with a dentist in a rather long time. Johannes was very kind and polite. The ladies as reception were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
