Wonderful! Hadn't been to the dentist for a couple of years. Made to feel comfortable and at ease with my anxieties around my oral health problems. All staff have been welcoming, supporting, kind and professional. All procedures have been explained thoroughly and the respectful and caring nature is noted. It is a clean and comfortable waiting area. The experiences I have had lately have encouraged me to be more involved and proactive with my mouth care but knowing there is a non judgemental care makes me feel confident again. I have never had a positive experience at a dentist so I hadn't been for many years until I visited Madeley dental clinic during last week. I was very nervous at first. However, I felt more settled from booking my appointment with the receptionist to meeting the hygienist Catherine who was a lovely, experienced professional who cared. She did a great job with cleaning and polishing my teeth and she explained everything to me including my options and choices going forward. She also gave me excellent advice and information. Was treated by Ashley and Megan today. I was quite nervous as first root canal I’ve had but they were friendly, professional, explained what would happen and as was happening and put me at ease, as much as you can. Lovely helpful receptionists too. Highly recommend.
