Never thought I would say I have enjoyed going to the hygienist but I love the result I got. They feel fresh and look so clean and shiny. Both the hygienist and her assistant were really kind and explained everything so I could relax. The stain removal treatment was an extra charge but SO SO worth it! Definitely going to keep on top of my teeth now and invest again in 6 months time. We should really put the dentist on our ‘self care’ list rather than a chore.
Really upset that my 70 plus year old nan was told she was going to be taken off the books by the receptionist because she had missed an appointment for being poorly. she was scheduled for a pre op which was explained to the receptionist who said she would be taken off the books unless she made the appointment time, she was so worried during her pre op trying to rush to get back to the dentist, she loves her dentist and feels so comfortable. Really disappointing from the practise, empathy wouldn’t come a miss!
Great service, friendly dentist (Liz) and dental assistant (Chloe). Had composite bonding on 8 top teeth. I asked for something that made my teeth look neater and straighter, but not too perfect (I did not want it to look obvious or with a Turkey--teeth vibe). The result was great, exactly what I asked for. Colour match with bottom teeth was great too! Highly recommend.
Warm welcome when I went for the first time today. Friendly and helpful on reception. I was a little nervous as id not been to dentist for a while, but the nurse and dentist put me at ease straight away.
