Yarde House Partnership

Having struggled with my teeth and apperience for years in addition a complete coward of the dentist I was recommended to Mr Arnold at Yarde House Dental Practice. I can not praise him and his team enough. I now have lovely top teeth and he is just to start work on my bottom set. I now no longer dread the experience he has given me such confidence and it is apparent he really cares. Karen the hygenist at the surgery is amazing, her enthusiam is contagious. Since the practice has changed ownership and is now (July 2017) a part of a larger franchise my experience has been appalling. Appointments rescheduled and different dentists reassigned to myself and my children multiple times. An emergency number that rang out indefinitely and did not allow for a message to be left either (tried on multiple occasions and was left in pain). No apology when this was pointed out. A dentist that could not see that a tooth was clearly infected with the result that i had to seek the help of my GP. Avoid.
