First class service. Dr Ian James is an excellent dentist, is kind and patient with his clients and always talks to you before and during treatment. He has actually restored my faith in dentists and is a lovely man.
I have been a patient of Dr Ian James ever since he came to Taunton and acquired the practice at Whyman House. He is an excellent dentist who has looked after my teeth brilliantly, whose advice is always reliable and whom I trust implicitly. I am very grateful to be one of his patients.
I have been coming here now for two years. The service is second-to-none and the treatment excellent. Only sorry I don't actually have an image to share - not really the place to take one. Ian is my dentist and he clearly explains both what he is doing, why, and what I need to do to help myself. I had to wait over a year to be taken on as a patient - so glad I put my name down on the waiting list!
I would highly recommend this dental practice. Both Suzy and Ian are professional kind and caring and excellent dentists. . All treatments are explained fully before hand , including costs and your questions answered . All the staff treat you with kindness and professionalism. If you are a bit nervous the staff soon allay your fears. I don't intend to go anywhere else.
