I went to Taunton Dental and Implant Centre for an emergency appointment after finding their number online. Alex on reception was wonderful, from my initial phone-call to leaving the centre: she was kind, knowledgable and showed great compassion. Justin, the dentist I saw, and his assistant, were also fabulous. Justin took time and care in explaining everything and after recurrent issues surrounding a problem tooth, I felt like I came away having been listened to and supported, which I have not felt previously at other local dentists. Serious concerns regarding practice. Extraction completed effectively but the issues that followed have been extremely concerning. My card has been charged a different, higher amount. After contacting the surgery to query this, we have received invoices stating we are being charged for a different tooth to the one removed and x rays, which were never taken. Even more concerning still, my digital signature, which was provided only to confirm that the tooth had been extracted, has now been applied to a treatment plan/invoice that I did not review or agree to - again listing the wrong tooth …

Best Dentists in town!! Justin was fantastic and highly skilled! It was evident from the way he managed a complicated surgery look easy. Made me feel at ease throughout and kept me fully informed of the process. The supporting staff were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Thank you 🙏

I needed a partial crown after a cracked tooth split andnpart came away. I was seen the day I went in and had all the necessary treatment while waiting for the crown to be made. My return visit went smoothly and I am very happy with the results. Exemplary treatment with very friendly staff. Possibly more expensive than others but the equipment is all very high tech and the surgery is very welcoming. Highly recommend.
