I've been a patient here for years and have had some great dentists and 1 not so great with my current dentist an absolute superstar. Just like to express how impressed I was today with the treatment I received from my new dentist at the Cannon Street Surgery in Taunton. Amin who overcome the issues he had with the equipment that refused to work, moving us to a different room quickly as I had to leave on time. More than happy with the overall service I received and would happily recommend.
Just had a check up appointment with Abubaker Abdallah. I was made to feel very l at ease both by him and his assistant - thank you. Very smiley, friendly, warm and gentle. Overall a very positive experience. I won’t be worried about my next check up.
I called earlier today to book an appointment and was met with extremely rude and unhelpful service from the receptionist. That experience alone has made me decide not to return — it’s simply not something I’m willing to put up with. The fees here aren’t much lower than going private (£120 just to see a dentist), yet the level of customer service is far below expectations. Privately, I’ve been quoted £65 including an X-ray and £95 for a hygienist, with far better communication and professionalism guaranteed.
