Amazing practice. I’ve never been a fan of the dentist and was feeling incredibly anxious for my visit. Very warm welcome from the receptionist and the waiting space is relaxing and beautifully clean. Pratik was great, kept me calm and informed me of everything about to happen in my new patient assessment which was thorough and not at all rushed. My son (nearly 4) also really enjoyed his check up and asked when we are going back! Gemma was great with him and he even got a few stickers for being a good patient! I’ve had a great experience with the whole team here. It feels a happy relaxed place, not something you would usually associate with a dentists surgery! Dr Patel puts you at ease instantly. Pratik clearly explains your treatment plan and talks through what he is doing at every stage. I feel in very safe hands and have been very happy with the results. Thanks.

First visit here after not seeing a dentist for a couple of years after not feeling comfortable in my previous practice. Vanessa & her colleagues were amazing, answered every question with patience & sent a detailed treatment plan. Would highly recommend, especially for nervous or neuro diverse patients who might have lots of questions like me!!

Absolutely delighted with my treatment at the Swindon Dental and Implant clinic. From the initial greeting by Gemma to my consultation with Pratik the plan in place to the final result. Pratik works meticulously and always gives the time to explain every process with his assistant Lucia helpful and reassuring. Pratik came recommended and I am so pleased I took this step for implants. It's wonderful and I have now regained confidence to smile without that self conscious feeling ☺️
