I had a really lovely experience during a not so lovely treatment first thing this morning. The lady on reception was warm, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable which filled me with confidence and reduced my anxiety. Everyone I interacted with today listened without interruption, which made me feel respected. The dental nurse was a particular highlight for me - she interacted with me at the right moments, she was quick to follow the dentist's instructions and communication between the pair of them was calm and flowed. Discovered the practice a couple of years ago when I lost my NHS dentist. This was a great move for me! had an implant and regular check ups and the service is absolutely amazing. The courtesy car park is an added bonus too in Royal Wootton Bassett. OK it costs more than the NHS but well worth the cost for the great professional service. Keep up the good work team and thanks

A really fantastic dentist! Aikusa and her team are so friendly and they are simply brilliant! Made me feel so comfortable and helped me and cared for me through every step of treatment, checking I was ok, it was a really positive experience. I really highly reccomend!

The best dentist I have ever had. She is so friendly, professional and thorough and always checks you are ok and puts you at ease . She always makes sure you are happy with what she has done and she did an amazing job with my teeth . I had composite bonding done and I don't know how she did it but she made them look so natural it made such a difference to my confidence and smile ! Thank you so much!
