Mydentist - Cricklade Road - Swindon

The waiting time was the best part of a hour and when my wife inquired the receptionist was unwelcoming and extremely rude. She looked at her like she was scum and when I questioned her lack of professionalism she blamed it on not having her glasses on! Absolutely disrespectful and disgusting behavior! The frontline of any company should welcome you with a smile - especially in a dental clinic! As for the actual dentist.... he apologized for the wait and seemed professional- shame about the receptionist!!

Mr Prichay Kaushal is one of the best dentists I have come across. His knowledge is second to none. He has done work on my teeth that other dentists would not try. You have to support his work by making the best possible conditions for his work; all done on the nhs. We have to do our best to hold on to people like him. I support my dentist .

I did attend clinic for my check up and my daughter’s check up. Excellent dentist Ching Ma, very gentle and professional. Thanks to TCO Jana for answering all my questions, she was very friendly, polite and supportive. Highly recommend.

I had really bad experience today . Kostadin Kostadin TODOROV was so rude .who isn't professional dentist, doesn’t know how to talk in professional way and way to speak to Patients. He was keep changing prices . Doesn’t care about patients pain .Ofcourse there are cameras recording too . Upon asking a question about price change , He told me based on communication I can’t see you any more or give you any more treatment.
