Terrible customer service. Didn’t provide the correct treatment. Poor communication. Had to change dental practises.

I registered with Cheney Manor following a serious accident leaving me with a missing tooth. I had the routine onboarding check up which also identified that I needed a filling. I was told that before I could have the filling or further work I needed a hygenist apt. The next hygenist apt was 3 months away. I have persistently tried to call to get a cancellation but the phones go to voicemail. They did have the cheek to send me a reminder letter to book the treatment which I can't do because they don't have any hygenist apts available. I will now miss the insurance window.

Really lovely experience going to this dentist. Great service, felt very safe and everyone was really friendly. Would highly recommend!
