Highly recommend! Lovely welcoming practice, as a new patient I was nervous however the online booking was so easy and when I arrived the reception were very welcoming. The dentist was super thorough and explained everything I needed to know during my first check up. I'm glad I moved to this dentist!
Great, ideal location. Lovely calm waiting area, friendly and approachable staff that put you at ease, and clinicians that seem to care about the customer and great at their work. Nothing at all to complain about and would happily recommend. Thank you for the great service. Cheers.
The team have been respectful and caring during my appointments. They have put my anxiety to rest with clear guidance and reassurance of the treatment being provided. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but Brunel Dental have made the experience manageable! :)
I left an NHS dentist because he couldn’t deal with anxious patients and was rude and joined this dentist and I cannot recommend them enough! From my first visit every staff member put me at ease and made me feel welcome, the dentist and hygienist talked me through every step and were so caring. I’ve been terrified of the dentist for years but now feel so much better with the right staff. Thank you!
