I hadn't been to the dentist for over 20 years, always had a poor opinion on them. However I reached a stage where it became unavoidable as a result made appointment and went full of dread. Upon arrival I was very warmly greeted by Neam Abdullah whom immediately gained my trust putting me in absolutely no doubt that all would be fine. Couldn't understand how I had gone from dread to absolute calmness in such a short amount of time in her presence. Brilliant service, haven't been to the Dentist in years so joined practice as a new patient, quick and simple phone call to register and book in for a check up (appointment in less than 2 weeks). Visit was positive with friendly staff who answered a range of questions I had. Needed to see the hygienist and when checking availability Reception after my Dentist appointment they were able to get me in straight away. Wonderful experience and would recommend.

This dentist is to be avoided. Went in to have tooth removal and the dentist woman was very rude and very uncaring. She had actually chipped my other tooth and tried to cover it up without telling me with her tool that actually did hurt. Anyway years later still having issues to the tooth thanks to her! Receptionists are very unkind also. I moved dentists to a much better place now.

Said all my teeth were loose so extracted them all later. I had to go and have a hygiene appointment. I don’t know why because I had no teeth. These people absolutely ruined my mouth when I asked for an appointment they said I’ve been struck off because I failed to go to the hygiene appointment. Worst dental practice I have ever known avoid like the plague.
