Cosmo Kerr ★★★★★

After some long term dental issues I joined Woods and couldn’t be happier with the service and care provided. I have had extractions done by both Dr Pugh and Dr Woods and both have been amazing. No judgements, no lecturing, just real advice and transparency surrounding my treatment plan and the next steps. Clear communication from the reception team and the whole staff are super welcoming and calming. If dentist trips fill you with anxiety, I can’t recommend these guys enough!

I attended urgent dental care because a temporary filling on my front tooth had broken down and the nerve was exposed. Drinking or even breathing through my mouth was painful. I have also been told by previous dentists that I have very thin enamel on my front teeth, so these temporary fillings are essential to protect the nerve. Despite explaining this clearly, the dentist told me it was “not urgent,” dismissed it as “cosmetic,” and advised me to go private for veneers instead of providing a simple temporary repair. I left with no treatment and no protection for the exposed tooth. Very disa…

I have high praises for Dr Ray in Woods Dental Swansea. I have high anxiety around the dentist and needles and he made me feel as comfortable as can be. He talked me through it, letting me know why and what was happening (it was a difficult procedure that he admitted he didn’t know if he could successfully pull it off) the honesty and patience care from him was amazing and the extraction went off without a hitch! Even if it hadn’t his bedside manner and care were amazing. Thank you so much :)

Mr S ★☆☆☆☆

Very disappointed with my experience. I booked an appointment for a tooth extraction and paid £430 in total, expecting everything to be included. Without my clear consent, they added a £75 charge for a general check-up which I never asked for and was not told about at the time. A year later they contacted me demanding payment for it. This feels dishonest and unfair — patients should be told upfront about all costs instead of being surprised later.at the end the end they made good job
