I haven't been to the dentist in years but I must say I was really impressed by this practice. The receptionists were extremely polite & helpful & Hana my dentist put me at ease. It was a smooth, professional service & I definitely recommend this practice.
What a fantastic practice! I was very anxious visiting the dentist, i haven't been in a while. The lady at reception was lovely and welcoming. My dentist Hannah was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. She gave me fantastic advice and was very caring and friendly. I count myself very lucky to now be a patient to such a lovely and caring dentistry practice. 5 stars!
Always receive fantastic treatment, from the reception team and also the clinical staff. Hannah is always lovely, listens to concerns, offers support and advice regarding dental care, and always gives clear instructions and plans regarding future treatment. Highly recommend Pentrepoeth.
Finding a Dentist who accepts NHS patients is a National Nightmare! So being accepted here has been a huge slice of luck from the start. But finding out that the quality of care offered is so good has been a massive bonus. The staff are kind, competent and caring. I could not feel happier.
