This review is long overdue. Our family has been visiting Willows Dental Practice for several years, and the care we’ve received has consistently been first class. Every member of the team is friendly, helpful, and efficient, which always makes us feel welcome and well looked after. Our whole family is cared for by Tesni Metcalfe, who is exceptional. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable and explains everything clearly and reassuringly. I cant recommend this dentist enough, from the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming professional and incredibly reassuring. The care and attention to detail is outstanding, and everything is explained clearly so you always feel comfortable and informed. The standard of treatment is excellent, actually the whole experience was calm and efficient.

The building was spotlessly clean, felt very comfortable with Kate and Tesni doing a difficult extraction. Had the best clean and polish I’d had in ages, very thorough. Reception staff and nurses all great. Happy to have Willows as my new dentists 😊

(THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED ) I am writing this review for my mother, who had one of the worst experiences ever at this dental center. She went in because part of her front filling broke and her tooth became very sensitive. My mother also suffers from anxiety and had heart surgery, which makes stress dangerous for her health. Instead of care or professionalism, the dentist – who claimed to be the owner – treated her with shocking arrogance and cruelty.
