Nicola is fantastic, so friendly and put both my sons at ease during their appointment, even at 17 & 16 years old they still get a bit nervous about going to the dentist? But Nicola and the dental assistant, I didn’t catch her name but she has glasses and wavy copper/brown hair were absolutely lovely. So friendly and kind, thank you for making the visit very pleasant for my boys
Trallwn Dental Surgery provided excellent care. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Their approach was professional and very reassuring. Thanks to them, my healthy tooth was preserved after a previous incorrect diagnosis at another surgery. The clinic was very clean, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. I am very grateful for their help.
I have had trouble since a young age with my teeth and on top of other Issues I find the dentist terrifying. But not here. At Trallwn Dental Surgery. I've always been welcomed with a smiley face by the reception staff and made to feel very at ease by the dentist his self. All procedures explained and clearly. With any questions being answered for me. To be honest. I know how extremely lucky I am to have such a competent and professional and friendly dentist. Thanx team. Xx
I've been attending this practice for over 30 years with different owners. I've always had great service however I rarely have anything done, just a check up. Had my annual checkup today with Amit who is most pleasant. Again nothing needed, thankfully. I like the timely reminders which are very useful.
