Been with this practice for 21 years. I have had a number of issues mainly in the beginning after the practice was taken over mainly with receptionists attitudes, but since then everything has been fine and the receptionists are lovely. The dentists are fab. Due to the amount of medical issues I have they take the time to ask questions and take extra care. Over all happy with the practice and service.
I visited Townhill Dental in Swansea today to have a crown fixed and I’m really impressed with the service. The appointment was booked quickly and, when I arrived, there was no waiting – I was seen straight away. Dr Pratika Anand has been my dentist for a few years and she is always gentle, professional and explains everything clearly. My crown was fixed efficiently and feels perfect. I’m very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend Townhill Dental and Dr Pratika Anand.
From receptionist to dentist everyone was amazing. Friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. A lovely visit. Thank you everyone.,
