After being on a NHS waiting list for almost 5 years I was so pleased to get a call from Ty Gwyn surgery to inform me they had a vacancy. After My first visit to having treatment all the staff have been very pleasant. The Dentist who gave me treatment was so lovely and polite and discussed everything thoroughly with me in what would be my best option. It was a difficult procedure but I was made to feel relaxed the whole time. The surgery itself is a little outdated but who cares as long as the service is good. Thank you Ty Gwyn. 👍😁
The dentist I saw was very unpleasant. Made to feel like I was an inconvenience because I'm not a private patient. Very passive aggressive. The treatment was rough and heavy handed. All the other staff were very nice.
Very bad service , i prefer go another dentist
Excellent treatment and polite, friendly, efficiency from reception to the dentist. Can't fault the service during very difficult times in the past years.
