I had an emergency appointment at this practice. So impressed. The receptionists were lovely. The dentist was fantastic...probably the nicest dentist I've ever been to....and did a great job on my teeth. So happy, grateful and relieved. Thank you ❤️

Service was brilliant the staff were friendly wouldnt recommend the Phillips zoom teeth whitening to anyone hardly makes any difference To your teeth for all the effort of wearing the gum shields in overnight for how ever many days the whitening gels are only 25 and 300+ so the cost of the service is more than the product is worth pointless

If I could give this practice zero stars I would. This practice is horrendous. They are more keen to remove teeth than treat and that’s if you can get an appointment. I’ve rang in extreme pain to be told ring back in two months to see if a appointment is available, I’ve been given 4 different prices, including £80 to be seen then any treatment on top. I’ve rang endless times in pain to be told ring 111, I’ve rang 111 to be told if you have a dentist they have to see you, once 111 have rang the practice complaining they miraculously find you a appointment. Been paying on a monthly plan for many years and been a patient at the practice since I started walking. Trying to get through to a receptionist for 30 minutes. Would’ve been quicker for me to walk over. Decided I’d probably have more luck if I went in to make the appointment. Was told by receptionist to sit and wait as they were busy, waited another 10 minutes before finally being served. Phones constantly ringing without being answered, not very reassuring if you had an emergency. When I eventually got an appointment for my check up, they told me I needed 3 fillings.
