Crescent Dental

Never really leave reviews, but I thought I needed to jump on and give some feedback from my experience with this clinic so far. I joined as a new private client on a dental plan, had a new patient check up, the lady was very professional and helpful in advising on my next steps which was an appointment with the hygienist for a scale and polish. Set up the plan, the ladies on reception was very helpful in making an appointment closer than originally planned due to cancellation. I was incredibly nervous for my emergency appointment but the dentists and receptionist were really welcoming and kind. I was explained my condition thoroughly and left feeling like the dentist isn’t so bad after all, I would really recommend coming here :)

Very rude and classist receptionist. I asked to register and she looked me up and down. Then told me that they don’t do NHS patients. I told her that I’m happy to pay private and then she told me they were full. Well which is it? I look too poor for your services or you already have enough patients?

I have been totally petrified of dentists all of my life and I’m now nearly 39…. came here for an emergency appointment and they were all so lovely. Had a tooth extracted and left no longer scared of the dentist! Thank you and would highly recommend ☺️
