I am only midway through my treatment, but from the moment I walked through the door for my consultation I felt genuinely welcome. The receptionist, Stephanie, was friendly and attentive, setting a great first impression. Dentist Harry and dental nurse Milly have both been professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visits so far. A really positive experience all round, really recommend.
I can’t express enough how professional, welcoming and absolutely brilliant they are at Riveredge. I had a lot of work done Dr Richard Coates and he’s an absolute genius! The difference it has made to me and my confidence is massive! All the girls were brilliant aswell. (I had multiple appointments) and they were all terrific! Nothing is too much trouble! I would 100% recommend! WOW! Thank you!
Been under Richard and Hannah’s care for sometime now, and have been incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise provided by my Dentist Dr Richard and my Hygienist Hannah. From the moment I arrive to the moment I leave I feel fully supported and confident in the quality of treatment I’m receiving. There’s always a reassuring presence, everything is explained clearly, there’s an underlying level of care for the patient as well as the dentistry. Genuinley could not have had a better experience throughout the whole process. I had the pleasure of getting treated by Harry & Milly, and they are both absolutely incredible and went above and beyond for me throughout. Communication was perfect and constant, and I was always being advised of my options, but I never had any issues at all. Cannot recommend Riveredge enough.
