Saw Mr Elgood a few weeks back and asked a question about mouth moulds to purchase a personalised mouth guard for my son. Fast forward 3 weeks and we were back again, I'd completely forgot I'd asked the question but Mr Elgood reminded me and gave me the relevant information. He was also so attentive to my 9 year old son and explained everything he was doing or may need to do. Explaining each step as he went on with the treatment.

Love this practice, they are very friendly and considerate. My appointment with Rachel was very relaxed, where she put me at ease, she informed me of the different aspects of the appointment so that I knew what was happening. Then she gave me a lot of advice on how to maintain my oral health, adapting the advice to the information I gave her. Update - Continues to impress. Dental hygienist was also excellent. Explained things very well. Excellent bedside manner and made sure I wasn't put in too much pain with my inflamed gums whilst doing a thorough clean of my teeth. Explained clearly how to keep them that way. Very good dentist. Thorough and excellent bedside manner. Clearly explained everything. Explained all options for damaged tooth rather than just the most pricey. On time and useful reminders. Follow ups to check everything is ok. Membership plans for multiple check-ups and hygiene reviews well priced.
