Excellent care from Katherine and her team and a lovely welcome from Claire too on Reception, first class ladies !
The lady on reception could definitley do with a little bit of training. Just a general course on how to deal with calls would be brilliant. I was perfectly polite on the call and had been trying to understand how or when the practice would take on new NHS patients. The lady on reception decided to be rather rude before hanging up on me. Would definitley avoid this dental practice!!
Louise and her Assistant were brilliant this morning mending the large chip on my left front tooth and other damage on my right front tooth. There was a small wait from the large chip happening, to being given an appointment, but it was worth it in the end to have my smile back!
I had a clean and polish carried out by Natasha Dixon.Natasha and her colleague were very polite and did a great job on my teeth.I would fully recommend.
