This dentist is amazing. After been to another dentist in sunderland who just gave antibiotics and a price list to remove teeth. Then ended up at durham hospital dental department who could not fix teeth and the chair didn't work or the suction machine. (This department is in the plaster clinic) small room. After a call back to nhs 111 sent here. Been today sorted teeth drillied and filled and referred to hospital sunderland hospital to have them removed. The pain has gone which was there for months. Had an emergency appointment today and had to travel through to their practice as I was in agony. I can't thank you enough for today, you removed my tooth and I never felt a thing. Very professional made me feel comfortable and welcome thankyou so much I hope you all have a lovely Christmas. I know I will now I'm pain free, thanks again.

I have been a member of this practice for many years and always find the staff highly professional and friendly. I had treatment today and the dentist and technician were first class in their work and appeasing my fears and anxiety. They also moved my appointment forward by 24 hours knowing I was in pain. I was sent here as a 111 patient after a terrible experience at a different dental practice when they tried and failed to remove my tooth and left me in lots of pain with a snapped tooth. The reception staff were lovely and so was the dentist and the dental nurse I seen here. I have left having my tooth removed and toothache gone.
