Lavenham Dental Practice

We were recommended this practice as we have recently moved to the area. We are very impressed with the excellent, friendly, helpful and very lovely staff. Nicola explained on the phone different options and what the practise offered, all confirmed by email. We made our first appointments and Demitria and her nurse could not have been more thorough during our appointment which included a full examination, xrays and scale and polish. Very welcoming and comforting dental practice. Dentist, Mary, explained everything from start to finish and had a lovely, reassuring, and soothing voice. She made me feel safe and confident in what she was doing. I am very pleased with the dental work done... and all the staff are lovely. I am usually a nervous patient but not at this practice. What a lovely practice, I couldn’t praise this dentist enough! I booked with reoccurring tooth pain and the dentist managed to get me seen that same day. I instantly felt at home and completely at ease when I walked in, the women are just so friendly ! It’s like you’ve known them your whole life! I had to bring my daughter who’s 4 as I didn’t have childcare but the ladies were amazing always making sure she was okay and playing with her! I am a relatively new patient at the practice and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I went to them in desperation and in pain after a disappointing service from my previous practice. From the initial phone call I was instantly impressed by the warmth, care and support I received. At my first appointment Mary found obvious reasons for my pain, listened to me, treated me with care and explained everything each step of the way.
