The Family Dental Practice

I first went to this dental practice last week and I was pleased by the lovely, friendly receptionists. When I went to see the dentist named Gemma, she was kind, understanding and I felt at ease in her presence. Thank u so much Gemma, for looking after me and I am so happy that I chose ur dental practice.

We recently joined this practice after becoming very disappointed with our last dentist. Anthony and the team have been really helpful, made a clear plan for our treatment and managed to make timely appointments, refreshing not to have to wait months and months! As a family we are now receiving good dental care, we would highly recommend.

Moving to a new area is always daunting but one thing we didn’t need to worry about was finding a brilliant dental practice. The reception team are amazing and the way Gemma put me at ease whilst I had extensive dental work was incredible. So much so that I kept hugging her after every visit!

I booked a check up and asked to see a dentist who is good with nervous patients. I was given an appointment with Yolande. The appointment was more than half an hour late, but there was no apology for keeping me waiting. Yolande was brutal. She was rough and impatient and had no sympathy for my anxiety. She kept trying to make me have a routine x-ray, despite my previous traumatic experiences with dental x-rays. Suffice to say, I will not be going back.
