Not a bad chemist, I understand they need to be accurate in dispensing but the service is slow. It's sad that the only Boots chemist is at Vine Surgery having lost the facility of dispensing in the High Street, Street, Somerset

One particular member of staff needs to rethink about their job dealing with the public, disgraceful attitude and very rude

What a shambles....this has to be the worst pharmacy in the country...Ive tried to give the benefit of the doubt but having experienced multiple episodes of poor customer service I am now compelled to leave a negative review. The staff really do not care and I have had to chase up the issuing of prescriptions on multiple occasions as they are so slow in processing them. So really poor attitude, not enough staff on duty, long queues im afraid there is nothing positive I can add. Boots shame on you because this is an embarrassment that needs rectifying and you really need to do it now!

Like others I’m sad to say we have decided to change to a different pharmacy for our son. After a mistake they made. Both myself and my husband have found them to be unhelpful and often quite rude to other customers in front of us, and once ourselves, that were just asking politely. It is a shame, as it is a needed service, and understand they are busy and Must deal with awkwardness, but that can’t and isn’t fair to be reflected on other customers.
