Absolutely horrendous experience here. When I arrived with my 10 year old son for a filling, I asked the dentist if he could explain to myself and my son what was going to happen to put my son’s nerves at ease. He ‘tutted’ at me, rolled his eyes and started banging his tools around like a toddler throwing a tantrum. I registered as a private patient at the practice earlier this year. It is clearly a very busy practice. I had to wait three months from paying an annual fee to get a check up and then over three months to get routine treatment. I state this, not as a criticism, but so prospective patients are aware. Made me feel at ease and provided very effective care and aftercare directions

I found myself in need of some emergency dental care when in the area on holiday and the service I received was beyond excellent! The staff were very friendly and the treatment I received was very professional and helpful. The dentist explained the problem I was having in an easy to understand way and ensured I was fully aware of what she was doing throughout my treatment. The atmosphere was very relaxed and I felt very reassured that I was in good hands throughout.
