Riverside Dental

I am extremely taken a back from the service me and my mother got from the front of house I’m sure one of them was a dental nurse and the other the receptionist. Both attitudes were terrible along with their tones rising causing a scene over nothing making the experience within five minutes in the place very bad. Then both were actually unprofessional with each other laughing, lying about their job roles and making rude remarks to my mother whilst having me in distress 7 months pregnant. I will be taking this further with video evidence.

Most unprofessional practice I’ve ever witnessed , from the minute u arrive the staff have nothing but bad attitudes and horrible tones , turn there noses up at there clients , somehow thinking there better than other yet they literally work in a dentist 😂one of them only being a receptionist , 😂 people like that need a slap across the jaw tbh if my family are ever treated the way they were on arrival again It’ll be going a lot further than just a review , clearly knowing they were in the wrong they also refused to let anyone speak with a manager or give the correct names , a good bloody …

I have attended Riverside Dental Practice from the age of 5, and I cannot recommend Mr.Allan enough. From ensuring I received the correct orthodontic treatment as a teenager, to repairing and replacing my front tooth in my late 20s; I have always received compliments on my teeth because of his work. He provides honest advice while achieving a beautiful result. Highly recommended.

Not very impressed by front-of-house service. I sent in an enquiry form saying I was interested in becoming a private patient. I got no reply. When I rang the surgery a few days later I was told they weren't taking private patients. Fair enough, but not very professional not to reply to my enquiry or not to put something on their website.
