Had orthodontic treatment carried out by James Livingstone on my upper teeth (I was a teen with braces and lost my retainer after a big move and they reverted back to their old ways!) I came to James with my expectations and my concerns to see what he could come up with. I had the option of Invisalign, clear or tradition train tracks (silver in colour). I opted for traditional as it didn’t bother me over the colour, if I’m reaching my smile goals the process be it silver, clear or not is still worth it in my eyes! Fantastic service my dog knocked my front crown out 16.30 on Friday afternoon got to tooth plus at 16.40 dentist all gone home on call dentist came in to sort me out I was back home by 5pm cant thank them enough brilliant service from all involved .never mind 5 stars they deserve every star in the universal very very relieved and happy patient .
I cannot recommend tooth+ enough. All staff are friendly and helpful. I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to dentists due to an unfortunate experience as a teen and I could count on one hand the number of times I have been to the dentist since then (around 18 years ago). Colin put me at ease during my first assessment at the start of January and thankfully only one small filling and a hygiene appointment was all that was required. This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff are all courteous, helpful and 100% professional. I went to this practice recently after experiencing problems with a different practice. I was very anxious but received the best treatment I could have hoped for. There is no feeling of being rushed through and all of the options are fully explained. Can't thank Rachael enough.
