Receptionist was so rude and was blaming me for running out of my medication despite me trying to get my prescription for the last week or so! I only go here during term time and the receptionists are always rude. The doctors are lovely and very helpful but the receptionists ruin it.

Went in wearing a face mask a few months ago. Was told by the GP I would need to take it off, despite the fact we were in a medical setting. Was made to feel like I was being unreasonable for standing my ground and saying that I would not be okay with unmasking in a setting in which I consider masking to be the bare minimum of infection control. Now the UK is facing a flu and COVID spike and I have just received a text message from this practice encouraging all visitors to wear face masks. Reception staff were extremely rude when I asked to be a temporary resident instead of a permanent resident, and they told me I had to switch from my regular GP to this one. They then misdiagnosed me and I had to have emergency surgery. I am luckily fine now but if I hadn’t called NHS24 I don’t know if I could say the same. Don’t go here, as convenient as it is it’s not worth it at all.

When changing my GP, I was told I would not have issues accessing my prescription medication. Upon requesting that it be set up, I was told by the doctor that I would have to wait for around 2 weeks until after their shared care meeting had taken place. I then called them again after around this time and they told me once again to wait for the meeting to go ahead. After this, I found from the medical centres own website that these meetings were cancelled for the foreseeable and so I called back to confirm with another staff member.
