Tooth Club Stevenage

I'm a nervous person who dosent like the dentist and I have had bad experiences with the NHS where I lost my trust in them at the hospital back in Essex, I thought I'd try to get my first proper dentistry since my check up from when I was 16 yrs old with tooth club and they understand my worries and was able to proceed with treatment and done an amazing job! They accepted for me to take things slow by doing a hygiene appointment and honestly I was so nervous but half way through the session I have relaxed a lot more It honestly feels weird being able to feel the gaps in my teeth

I love this place already, both myself and my husband had our consultation with the beautiful Alice, wow does she know her stuff, she was very patient and thorough with us, we are both booked in for composite bonding, appointments so far have run smoothly, we both cannot wait for our new smiles! I have already recommended the tooth club! Such fabulous people! Alice is hot on communication, no question feels a silly one, even though we have asked so much and always on point coming back to me! I am giving two stars only because the dentist was excellent, very skilled and friendly. However, the level of customer care at this clinic is completely unacceptable. Composite bonding requires proper aftercare, which was not provided. I paid £3,750 for both the top and bottom, but only the top was completed, leaving me owed a £1,250 refund. I was instructed to email to request the refund, which I did, but I received no response. After following up two weeks later, I was told refunds can take up to 28 days. That period has now passed, and I have still not received my refund or any meaning…

Avoid Tooth Club! They should not be operating. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had—completely dishonest from start to finish. I was given a “free quote” that quickly turned into hundreds of pounds, and it turns out the quote itself actually costs £50. The customer service is awful; I’ve spoken to others who had similar experiences. I had to constantly chase them for a refund, and every time I called, I was redirected to a call centre in South Africa where no one seemed to know what was happening.
