I attended an appointment at 37 Dental in Stevenage on Thursday 5th Feb at 14:00 (arrived 10 min before as you would / are advised on appointments not to be late!) and I was extremely disappointed by the standard of service provided. During my visit, staff chose to take their lunch break in the patient waiting area and subsequently instructed patients to wait outside in the rain. This decision was inappropriate and unprofessional, particularly in a healthcare environment where basic consideration for patients should be expected. Been with this practice for years, I see Dr Sophia and as a nervous patient, she makes me feel calm and reassured. Shes great with treatments and explaining options and she makes the experience so much easier for me. All the staff there are so friendly and cheery, always say hello and go out of their way to help with anything they can. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially nervous patients!

Disgusted and annoyed ! I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent appointment at your clinic. Prior to the appointment, I had requested to reschedule as I was unwell. I was informed that doing so could result in being removed from your system, which left me feeling I had no option but to attend despite my condition. My appointment was scheduled for 3:20pm. I’ve had 3 dentists here and they’ve all been first class. Never pressure for extra treatments you don’t need- just deliver a friendly service. Have also found they’re understanding enough to fit you in in real emergencies. Cannot recommend highly enough.
